Your Worcester Dream Patio
Make the most of your outdoor space in Worcester.
Your Outdoor Oasis Awaits
Ahhh, New England. And Worcester specifically, which provides plenty of ways to enjoy your time in this vibrant city! Whether you’re enjoying any of the restaurant choices on Shrewsbury Street, checking out the historic Worcester Art Museum, or catching a Worcester Red Sox game, the “Heart of the Commonwealth” beckons. And at the end of the day, getting back to your cozy home is the best, especially if you get to enjoy a custom pergola, gazebo, patio cover, patio roof, screen room, or sunroom from Renaissance Patio!
Why choose Renaissance Patio?
Worcester-friendly Esthetics
There’s a certain classic look to homes in Worcester, and we’d say it’s holding up very well as the decades’ pass. Good design choices, whether in clothing, cars, or homes, seem to do that. That’s our approach to porch and patio design, too. With carefully considered proportions and dialed-in detailing, we find that Renaissance structures fit well with most American home styles.
Yankee durability
The traditional Yankee ethic of responsibility with resources, whether it’s money, time, or materials, reflects our approach. That’s why we can provide porch structures with a lifetime warranty. Choosing durable materials from stage one is much cheaper in the long run. Easier too! Extruded aluminum beams will never corrode, and their powder coat finish doesn’t fade or chip. This is a maintenance-free porch that simply lasts as you want it to.
Options
No doubt you can find 100+ different photos on the internet of good-looking patio structures. But only a few are actually tested in the real world, with outstanding customer satisfaction. Those are the options we offer: pergola and gazebo for some shade; porch and patio covers for more shade and weather protection; screen rooms for added insect protection; and sunrooms for maximum weather protection in a space that still feels like an outdoor room.
Precise Design and Installation
We work only with professional contractors to build a patio structure fitted exactly to your house by your contractor. It will be exactly the dimensions that fit the space and your desires, rather than some “off the shelf” approach. This is a “semi-prefab” approach where a lot of work is done at the factory, then your contractor installs your porch in short order. This approach is much smoother than standard stick-built construction, with better results.
The land of mild winters
Worcester’s story is better than most. With centuries of fascinating history that you can still investigate today, from the Native American times to the Revolutionary War era, then into industrial success and decline. Now the city is thriving as one of the top ten emerging hubs for technology startups. Worcester also welcomes students and professors to about eight colleges and universities, making for a lively mix of people from all over the place.
No matter where you hail from, you may find the weather to be…challenging from time to time! Plenty of rain and snow make for a green and lush landscape, and also make a roof over your head sound appealing. The four seasons are distinct and can be intense, with hot summer temperatures and clammy humidity trying to keep you indoors.
You can’t win that battle entirely, but you can score some points with a custom patio structure that can provide partial to full shade. Other options include a screen porch to control those biting insects while maintaining the cooling breeze, and creating an enclosed but fully “openable” sunroom that you can use 12 months per year, more or less.
Renaissance patio products and screen systems are crafted from scratch to provide you with that all-too-rare mix of amazing looks and complete durability … a zero-maintenance masterpiece that enhances your enjoyment of your yard and the value of your property!
Unless you need balmy Florida-like weather, Worcester offers something to please nearly everyone. You can learn about incredible history right on the site where it took place. You can be sociable with the crowd downtown at the restaurant or the Worcester Art Museum, travel to Boston and New York City easily, and head for the mountains and the shore without a plane trip. It’s also a wonderful place to get an education and enjoy your career and family.
A huge part of that enjoyment, of course, is home. What would take your enjoyment of your home to the next level? If it would include more or better use of your outdoor space, we’d like to show you what we’ve come up with over years of fine-tuning. We created our products from first-hand experience, as we didn’t like what was on offer several years ago.
Now, we’re happy to provide pergolas and gazebos for our customers who want some shade without the enclosure of a room. The next step is a patio cover or porch cover, which will give you full sun and rain protection but leave the walls open to the outdoor vibe. A screen room adds hugely to the number of days you can use your porch by keeping the beastly insects off your skin. And a full sunroom lets you control the environment with high-quality windows.
If you know just what you want, great! If you don’t yet know, just get in touch and we’ll take as much time as you need to sort it out and help you find the right contractor for you.
